The Chair Challenge
On a glorious evening in the park Dave, Knowles, Jono and myself took on a full body workout using a simple garden chair.
10x walk outs
30 seconds mountain climbers
x12 On chair leg raises to chest (each leg)
x12 Press ups
x12 Legs over chair side to side
4 rounds. Cardio jog in between each round
1-10 building up, 10-1 coming down – hard!!
